Full Time Line Cook
Rate: Starting at $20/hr; commensurate with experience
The Market is looking for a full-time Line Cook for our Prepared Foods department. Please send a resume highlighting relevant experience to info@themarketpinehills.com
Duties include but are not limited to:
Cook or prepare dishes on the daily prep list
Create and prepare daily dinner specials
Place orders based on inventory needs
Rotate product
Assist customers
Candidates must:
have a minimum 2 years of restaurant experience; have basic knowledge of traditional cooking methods
have Customer Service skills; be able to communicate effectively with customers and co-workers
be able to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends
be able to work in fast-paced environment and multi-task
take direction
be able to follow recipes
be self-motivated and able to work independently from a prep list
be able to stand for extended periods of time, bend repeatedly and lift up to 50 lbs
