Cashier
The Market is looking for smiling, friendly people to work at the Front End and make a lasting
impression for our customers. Shifts available after school and weekends.
Rate: $16 /hr
Duties to include but are not limited to:
Customer Service
Scan product through the register
Handle cash and other currency
Bag groceries
Answer phones and direct calls to departments
Candidates must:
be at least 16 years of age or older
maintain excellent money handling standards – cash and checks
be able to ring on a register and understand a POS system
be able to interact positively with our customers
have excellent communication skills – speaking and listening
be able to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends
be able to stand for extended periods of time, bend, lift and carry up to 40 pounds
